We're pre-seed. Our customer roster is small enough that we don't have published case studies yet — and we'd rather wait for the real story than publish anonymized speculation.
We're operating production AI for paying customers today. Published case studies follow when customer relationships are mature enough to back named outcomes. Until then, /reference-architecture and /10-layer-assessment are the public artifacts you can evaluate without committing.
§1 — Where we are honestly
Early. Operating production AI. Not yet ready to publish named case studies.
JieGou is pre-seed. We have paying customers running production AI today — including a 12-month-tenured customer relationship and an active pilot with a $750M mid-market manufacturer. We don't publish anonymized hypothetical case studies because they signal weakness, not strength: any vendor can write 'typical adoption scenario.'
What we will publish: named-customer case studies with concrete outcomes (time saved, errors reduced, audit findings cleared) once customer relationships are mature enough to back the outcomes contractually. lighthouse Phase 1 is in flight; the case study lands when Phase 1 ships.
Until then: peer-CIO reference calls available as part of the discovery process. We'll arrange a 20-min call between you and an existing customer (typically the technical lead, not founder-to-founder) so you can ask honest operational questions without a sales rep present.
